Raptor guard™ perching prevention

Our Raptor Guard™ product family offers a field-tested line of perching deterrents designed to keep birds away from energized equipment on distribution poles, substation banks, and high-voltage transmission structures. Featuring our signature Raptor Guard™ X, bird-safe blunt-tipped spikes, and pole top caps, these solutions are trusted by utilities across the world to prevent perching in high-risk zones - reducing the risk of avian electrocutions, flashovers, and power outages.Each product is designed to block access to energized conductors and equipment without causing harm to birds. Our deterrents have been designed and evaluated in collaboration with (safe, of course) live flight cage studies with the Rocky Mountain Raptor Program, and are supported by testing conducted with EDM International, US Fish & Wildlife Service, and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and others.Installation is simple with hot stick compatibility, magnetic options, super strap banding, or screws, and every deterrent is engineered for long-term performance in extreme weather conditions.
