Product Description
The Raptor Guard Vertical Mount Spike Nest Diverter is designed to prevent birds, especially raptors like osprey, from building nests on distribution and tangent poles. Mounted directly above conductors, insulators, or brackets, this angled deterrent sheds debris that birds attempt to use for nesting, preserving system reliability and minimizing service disruptions.
This kit includes 2 nylon-reinforced UV-resistant super strap zip ties that easily installs with only basic tools and safety gear. It’s a fast, effective, and field-tested solution for keeping nesting activity off energized equipment while maintaining required air gaps for system safety.
