Product Description

Power Line Sentry’s Rigid Insulator Covers are engineered for efficient installation and long-lasting protection in demanding environments. Designed with a precision snap-fit mechanism, these covers are fully hotstick-compatible—eliminating the need for locking pins and streamlining deployment in energized conditions.

The contoured cap shields the energized top portion of the insulator while leaving the sheds exposed, enabling natural self-cleaning and unobstructed visual inspection. Constructed from high-durability, UV-stabilized materials, the cover delivers a robust fit that remains secure under extreme wind loads and severe environmental conditions.

Built with field crews in mind, the cover integrates multiple oversized hotstick access points for flexibility and ease of manipulation during live-line operations. The extended 80-inch length ensures enhanced coverage for superior avian protection and reliable electrical insulation performance.
